Bobbie brings more than three decades of experience in the real estate community to StageWell, with a background that spans lending, real estate, builder marketing, and staging. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of what helps a home connect with buyers and stand out in the market. Staging and design have long been her passion, which is why StageWell came to life – to help every home feel welcoming, elevated, and ready for its next chapter.

Known for her warm approach and instinctive eye for detail, Bobbie loves layering texture, greenery, and thoughtful finishing touches that make a space feel inviting from the moment someone walks in. She believes a well-presented home should not only look beautiful, but also create a sense of ease, connection, and possibility for the buyer.  

Bobbie is also an active Board Member of the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts, reflecting her longtime love of the arts, creativity, community, and meaningful connection. She and her husband live in St. Petersburg, where they enjoy entertaining family and friends, spending time with their grandchildren, and being part of the community they love. Outside of work, Bobbie enjoys cooking, hiking, Pilates, and yoga. You’ll often find her thrifting away at a few local hot spots.

She is passionate about helping sellers prepare their homes with intention and care, and cannot wait to help create a welcoming home that resonates with the next buyer. 

Approaching her tenth year in the home staging industry, Mary brings a depth of experience and strategic perspective to StageWell. Her professional background includes leadership roles in sales and marketing with Xerox Corporation and the PGA Tour, where she developed a strong foundation in client relations, branding, and results-driven execution.

That corporate expertise, combined with a lifelong passion for home design and space planning, has been the cornerstone of her successful staging career. Mary is known for her ability to visualize a space by thoughtfully scaling furniture, curating accessories, and selecting color palettes that enhance both architecture and flow. 

Her strengths seamlessly compliment Bobbie’s eye for layering and finishing touches, creating a balanced and cohesive design approach that elevates every home. 

Outside of work, Mary is an active member of the Avila Golf and Country Club, where she enjoys competitive tennis, staying active, and spending time with family and friends. She also has a love of discovering unique pieces, especially vases and lamps, at her favorite consignment shops.
